①Clean the ground: Use a professional dust-pushing tool or a floor washing truck to remove the garbage and floating dust on the ground. If the ground has been made with a cured curing film or floor coating with a film formed on the epoxy surface, it needs to be ground and removed with a floor sanding machine.

②Partial repair: Where the ground is damaged, it is necessary to use floor repair agent for partial repair.

③Coarse ground: Use concrete metal grinding disc 30#50# with floor grinder to rough ground the ground in turn. According to the condition of the ground, the metal grinding disc is selected, and the ground is to be smoothed in the end.

④Spread the concrete sealing curing agent evenly on the ground, and keep the ground moist for 4 hours, during which time the material should be continuously spread on the ground.

⑤Fine grinding of the ground: concrete resin sheet 50#100#200# or soft grinding sheet (50#150#300#) to finely grind the concrete in turn.

⑥Finished ground: concrete resin polishing pad sheet 400# or soft grinding sheet (500#1000#) for fine ground grinding.

⑦ Polished floor: concrete polishing sheet 800#1500# or soft polishing sheet (2000#3000#) to polish the floor, and push it clean with dust.

⑧Clean the floor: remove the stains and other items from the construction work, so as to obtain a bright and smooth concrete curing floor. Since the cured floor is non-toxic and non-irritating, it can be put into use immediately.
