Taking into account comprehensively, it is more appropriate to select the diamond particle size as 50/60 mesh.

Within a certain range, when the diamond concentration changes from low to high, the sharpness and sawing efficiency of the cutting blade will gradually decrease, and its service life will gradually extend; but when the concentration is too high, the cutting blade will become dull. Conversely, with low concentration and coarse particle size, the efficiency will be improved. Taking advantage of the different functions of each part of the diamond segment during sawing, different concentrations are used (that is, in a three-layer or multi-layer structure, a lower concentration can be used for the middle layer), and a middle concave is formed on the diamond segment during the sawing process of the cutting blade. The groove can help to prevent the deflection of the cutting blade, thereby improving the quality of stone processing.

4. the choice of diamond strength in the matrix
An important indicator to ensure cutting performance is the strength of the diamond. If the strength of diamond is too high, the crystal will not be easily broken, the abrasive grains will be polished during use, and the sharpness will be reduced, which will lead to poor processing performance of the tool; when the strength of diamond is low, it will be easily broken after being impacted. The diamond strength of the road cutting sheet should be selected to be 130-140N.
