During stone work, there are many kinds of Litchi suface was made by bush hammer.But how to maintaince the bush hammer?we ,SANG DIAMOND TOOLS,can give you some advice.

1.RPM of Manual grinding machine:RPM 700-800

2.Use as much water as possible to cool the grinding machine.

3.Pay attention to the pressure of the grinding machine on the bush hammer. Make sure that it isn’t too great. Or else the roller might not rotate properly and thus decreases the lifespan of the tungsten steel.

4.After using, please wash the stone powder and slurry away on bush hammer and make it clean with constringent air. Then oil the spindles on both sides of bearing and turn the rollers to make the oil into the middle of spindle and sealed ring equably. Or put the bush hammer into oil to prevent spindle rust and destroying the sealed ring.

5.After process about 50sqm, please grease for the rollers. The detailed method is as following.Turn the rollers, and put the grease into the rollers through grease entrance. Stop to grease once rollers resistance increase. Please add grease properly and slowly in order not to destroy sealed ring.

6.After using some times, when rollers turn blunt and effect working efficiency, please use grinder with diamond blades to make it more sharp.Then it will resume the efficiency again.
