Sequence of Concrete Cutting and Demolition

2022-11-30

First, preparations before construction:

(1) Ensure that water and electricity are connected to the construction site. During the cutting process, cold water can cool down the cutting equipment itself and avoid dust.

(2) Organize drainage in an orderly manner around the cutting area to prevent construction water from polluting the surrounding environment.

Second, concrete block laying out:

(1) According to the construction drawings and the survey of on-site entities, technicians need to design and layout the concrete entities to be removed, and cut the entities into layers and blocks.

(2) The lifting capacity of the hoisting equipment must be considered during the typesetting process. Calculate the weight of the cutting block before typesetting, meet the load requirements of the lifting equipment, and perform reasonable typesetting into blocks.

(3) Distribute cutting and layout drawings to surveying and launching personnel and construction personnel. Accurate cut lines are required to be ejected with ink lines and protected.

Third, the material cutting equipment is in place:

(1) Choose a reasonable position according to the cutting line and install the cutting equipment.

(2) Fixing adopts the method of drilling holes on the concrete entity and tightening the equipment base with expansion bolts.

Fourth, concrete cutting:

For the original reinforced concrete structure, the diamond saw blade is used to cut, and the original concrete is completely removed, and the operation is carried out in sections and blocks. When cutting, the cutting depth is controlled, and the original structure is not cut. For the original complex concrete structure, use diamond wire saw and diamond drilling bit machine to cutting and hole drilling
