The cutting sequence of the concrete building

2022-10-21

First, the preparation before construction:

(1) Ensure that the construction site is connected to water and electricity. During the cutting process, cold water can cool the cutting equipment itself and avoid dust.

(2) Orderly organize drainage around the cutting area to prevent construction water from polluting the surrounding environment.

Second, the concrete block line:

(1) According to the construction drawings and the survey of the on-site entities, the technicians need to design and layout the concrete entities to be cut, and cut the entities into layers and blocks.

(2) The lifting capacity of the hoisting equipment must be considered in the layout process. Calculate the weight of the cutting block before typesetting, meet the load requirements of the lifting equipment, and carry out reasonable typesetting and partitioning.

(3) Distribute the cutting layout diagram to measurement and release personnel and construction personnel. The exact cut line is required to be ejected with an ink line and protected.

Third, the material cutting equipment is in place:

(1) Select a reasonable position according to the cutting line and install the cutting equipment.

(2) The method of fixing is to drill holes on the concrete entity and fasten the base of the equipment with expansion bolts.

Fourth, concrete cutting:

For the original reinforced concrete structure, the diamond disc saw blade is used to cut, and the original concrete is completely removed, and the operation is carried out in sections and blocks, and the cutting depth is controlled when cutting, and the original structure is not cut. For the original complex concrete structure, a combination of diamond wire saw cutting and diamond barrel saw drilling machine drilling and cutting is used.
